Hi, I'm Hanna.

You Already Have What It Takes. Sometimes You Just Need Someone to Help You See It.

If you've ever felt like you're capable of more but can't seem to take the next step, I want you to know something:

I've been there.

Not because our stories are identical, but because I know what it feels like when life doesn't go according to plan. I know what it's like to question what's next, wrestle with fear, and wonder if the dream in your heart is still possible.

And I also know what it feels like to choose courage anyway.

My Story

Serving others has always been part of who I am.

Long before coaching became my career, I was the kid organizing projects, leading the group, dreaming big, and looking for ways to help people grow. Whether I was babysitting, planning events, serving in the military, or leading teams throughout my career, one thing remained constant—I was wired to lead by serving others.

Like many women, I thought life would follow the plan I had carefully mapped out.

Graduate. Build a career. Get married. Buy the house.

Have the family.

Then life changed.

In 2017, everything I thought I knew was turned upside down. Suddenly I found myself balancing single motherhood, military service, a demanding career, and a future that looked nothing like I had imagined.

For a season, I found myself asking God the same questions so many women ask:

"Why is this happening?"

"What am I supposed to do now?"

"How do I move forward?"

During that season,

I discovered coaching.

At first, it simply gave me hope.

Then it gave me direction.

Eventually, it reminded me of something God had been preparing me for all along:

I wasn't just called to lead—I was called to help other

women lead, too.

That realization

changed everything.

Why I Do This

Today, I combine over 20 years of leadership and service with real-life experience to help women business leaders move from fear and uncertainty to clarity and confident action.

My background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Business Administration, nearly 15 years of leadership in the Army National Guard, and professional experience in social services, human resources, administration, and organizational leadership.

But my greatest qualification isn't simply what's

listed on my résumé.

It's knowing what it feels like to stand at a crossroads and choose courage anyway.

How I Help You

You don't need another coach telling you to "dream bigger."

You already have big dreams.

What you need is someone who can help you quiet the fear, simplify the next step, and give you practical strategies to move forward with confidence.

Together we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, create a clear plan, and build the confidence to lead with purpose—in your business, your career, and your life.

Because when fear no longer gets the final say, everything begins to change.

What I Believe

My work is built on five values that guide every coaching relationship.

Faith

I believe God has uniquely gifted every person with purpose, and leadership

is one way we steward

that calling.

Integrity

Trust is earned through honesty, consistency, and doing the right thing—even when no one is watching.

Divine Calling

I believe many women aren't lacking ability—they're waiting for permission to step into what they've already

been called to do.

Servant Leadership

The strongest leaders don't lead for recognition. They lead to serve, encourage, and help others succeed.

Empowerment

My goal isn't to create dependence on coaching. It's to equip you with the confidence, clarity, and tools to continue leading long after our work together.

My Promise to You

I believe leadership isn't about having all the answers.

It's about having the courage to take the next faithful step.

If you're ready to stop second-guessing yourself, move beyond fear, and confidently step into the leader you were created to be, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Let's take that next step together.
